your information is stored in password protected electronic files. paper based notes and hard drives are stored in a locked, fireproof box. we will delete, destroy or de-identify information when it is no longer required.‍‍‍

we collect this info through conversations – face to face, over the phone or via written correspondence including online.

your information will never be sold on to other parties.

you can remain anonymous but we require payment prior to providing a service.

if you want to access your information, please lodge a written request in the screen below.

we are not required to give you access to your information if it would be unlawful to do so.
